Good stable in H2O2, can use in one bath of desizing, scouring and bleaching processes.
Suitably processing condition：temperature：60-105°C and pH range：6-9.5

Welltex OA Series
Oxidation desizing agent
Suitable for textile product which is removing P.V.A., C.M.C., Acrylic, starch size in desizing process.
Good stable in hard water, excellent emulsifying and dispersing effects.
Can be used together with alkali, hydrogen peroxide, suitable for one bath of desizing, scouring and bleaching processes.

Suitable for any kind of fiber in pretreament process and soaping after dyeing process.

Emulsifying and scouring agent for elasticity fiber
Suitable for any kind of fiber in scouring and bleaching of pretreatment process.

Welltex DC Series
Chelating & dispersing agent
Excellent emulsification and dispersing effect on oligomer of synthetic fiber, scale or polyacrylate size, and prevent the size re-adhering.
Chelating the metal ions (ex., Fe2+, Ca2+, Mg2+) of water and fiber effectively.
Low-foaming property and stable in high temperature, salts, alkali and acid.
Can improve the build-up effect of dyestuff and prevent the shade change, increase the levelling and brightening effects of dyeing, and improve the rubbing fastness.

Chelating & dispersing agent
Suitable for 100% Cotton and it’s blend in desizing, scouring and bleaching processes.
With scouring, cleaning and removing effects on dirt and scales of machine.
Excellent chelating effect on Fe ion, can reduce the strength loss of fiber in bleaching process and prevent the pin-hole effect.
Can improve the build-up effect of dyestuff and prevent the shade change.

Welltex SD Series
H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) stabilizer
Can replace water-glass (sodium silicate) in H2O2 bleaching bath, and retard the speed of oxidation of H2O2.
No silicate-spot problem, and with dispersing, chelating effects on metal ions.
Low-foaming and stable in high temperature, easily to wash-off and not to remain.

Welltex RD Series
H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) remover
Application to synthetic or cellulose and their blends fibers which have bleached by H2O2, can remove the remaining of H2O2 of fiber.
Can neutralize the remaining of H2O2, improve the problems of shade change, dye-spots, un-levelling and decreasing to concentration etc., and shorten the after-washing process, save the water quantity.

Alkali treatment accelerator
With improve weight-reducing effect, reduce the sensitivity of processing time.

Suitable for any kind of fiber in pretreatment, dyeing and finishing processes.

Welltex CF Series
Multi functional accelerators for pretreament process
Suitable for cellulose and it’s blend in pretreatment process, can substitute for five in one effects of alkali, scouring agent, wetting agent, stabilizer, chelating agent etc., prevent the side-effect of alkali completely.
Low-foaming, stable in processing solution, suitable for rapidly bleaching process in high pressure & temperature, can shorten 30-60 minutes of working-hour than traditional process.
