Dispersing agent
Suitable for disperse and vat dyestuffs of non-water-based dyestuffs.
Low-foaming, excellent dispersing effect, suitable to dye in low or high temperature, can prevent the re-tarring effect of dyestuff and dye-spot.

Welltex PH Series
Dispersing & levelling agent
With excellent dispersing and levelling effects, and low-foaming property, suitable for fabric, yarn, zipper etc. of Polyester and it’s blend in rapidly dyeing process.
Excellent retarding effect and migration, can prevent the tarring effect of dyestuff and dye-spot at high temperature.
Excellent penetration effect and good compatibility with the other auxiliaries.

Welltex KH Series
Carrier agent for high temperature and barrier treatment agent
Excellent carrying and expanding effect, can make the even self-structure of P.E.T. fiber, and make the penetration effect rapidly from dyestuff into fiber, and shorten the keeping temperature time.
Excellent retarding, levelling, dispersing and low-foaming effects, can prevent the un-levelling of heat-tarring effect of disperse dyestuff or dye-spots, and tangling effect of foaming problem.
Stable in acid, alkali, suitable to use in low or high temperature, no carrier-spot effect.

Welltex RH Series
Levelling and retarding agent for Cotton
Suitable for Cotton and Rayon fibers in levelling of dyeing process by direct and reactive dyestuff.
Excellent retarding effect, and good compatibility with electrolytes (ex., salts, mirabilite).
Excellent dispersing effect on dyestuff, can prevent the re-tarring effect and dye-spots.
Can get the excellent levelling and brightening effects on turquoise Blue and turquoise green colors of fabric cover.

Welltex AH Series
Levelling agent for acid dyestuff
Type of affinity to the dyestuff, suitable for Wool and Nylon fibers that use acid dyestuff or metal complex dyestuff in levelling of dyeing process.
Excellent migration effect, can be used as a stripping agent.
Can be used as an reduction cleaning agent for Polyester by disperse dyestuff after dyeing process.

Levelling and barrier treatment agent for acid dyestuff
Type of affinity to the fiber, suitable for Wool and Nylon fibers which are used acid dyestuff or acid metal complex dyestuff in levelling of dyeing process.
Excellent migration and barrier treatment, can be used as a stripping agent.
Can prevent the result from fixing spot of weakly cation and anion mixtures.

Levelling and stripping agent for cation dyestuff
Suitable for Acrylic and C.D.P. fibers in leveling, dye-spots repairing and stripping processes.
Excellent wetting and penetration effects.
No effect on shade change and reducing the fastness.
Can control the exhaustion speed above 80°C effectively, and obtain excellent levelling effect and prevent the dye-spots.

Welltex PI Series
Anti precipitating agent
Suitable for P.E.T. / C.D.P., Nylon / P.E.T. that dyeing in the same bath, prevent the precipitating effect of cation with anionic dyestuff and different properties dyestuff which are mixing in the same bath.
Excellent dispersing effect, easily to wash out, not remain the fiber and pollute the dyeing process.
Excellent fastness after dyeing process and with anti-staining effect, no effect on fabric handle, can be used as a soaping agent and improve the color fastness.
Low-foaming, stable in hard water, acid and alkali, good compatible with the other auxiliaries.

Welltex YI Series
Anti-yellowing agent (yellowing inhibitor)
Suitable for Nylon and Polyester fibers that restraining the yellowing effect.
Excellent preventing the yellowing effect on setting process in high temperature, NOx, SOx, B.H.T. (restraining oxidant) and Lignin.
No effect on dyeing fastness.
Low-foaming effect, can be processed in the same dyebath.

Welltex RI Series
Anti-reduction agent
Suitable for yarn-dye fabric at high temperature in pretreatment process, and cellulose fiber in exhaustion process or continuous process, directly printing or discharge printing process.
Restrain the decomposition in high temperature of dyeing process with reactive dyestuff, improve the color yield.
Improve the stain-resistant and provide for the quality in printing process with vat dyestuff.

Welltex SI Series
Anti-staining agent
Suitable for nylon and wool fibers in stain-resisting process, can be used as a retarding agent for Nylon fiber.
For cellulose, Polyester, Acetate, Acrylic etc. blends fabrics, can prevent the direct dyestuff staining with synthetic fiber.
When the N/C, N/R, C/W, R/W etc. blends fabrics are dyeing C or R side, can prevent the staining effect on Nylon and Wool.

Welltex MI Series
Anti-migrating agent
Suitable for any kind of dyestuff in padding process, good compatible with the other dyeing auxiliaries.
Excellent fluid, dragging effect, stable in pass through time of viscosity, excellent levelling and penetrating effects.
For padding of continuous process, with excellent build-up color shade and de-thickening effects.

Welltex CJ Series
pH regulator
Suitable for Polyester, Nylon and Wool fibers that adjusting to pH in dyeing process, improve the levelling effect.
Can improve the speed of raising temperature and keep-dyeing temperature, the beginning dyeing temperature can be raised to 60°C and reduce the dyeing time. No effect on exhaustion of dyestuff, not to decrease the light, washing and rubbing fastnesses.

Welltex SJ Series
Substitute alkali agent
Can be used to replace soda ash, caustic and trisodium phosphate in dyeing process of reactive dyestuff.
Low use quantity, about 1/4-1/5 of soda ash.
Liquid type, low foaming, easily to dilute with cold water, convenience and save times.
Easily to rinse out after dyeing, no problem of dust and clogged drains.
Reduce dyestuff hydrolysis, keep pH stability, improve cleaner, brightening shades and color yield.

Welltex PJ Series
Buffer for alkaline dyeing of polyester
Suitable for P.E.T. fiber in alkaline dyeing process, with excellent buffering effect, no pH adjustment with additional alkali required, reduce the chalk mark result.
Excellent dispersing effect, can prevent the oligomer from agglutinate and re-adhesive effects, improve the quality of dyeing process.

Welltex BJ Series
Acid buffer for stabile dyeing process
Suitable for disperse dyestuff in HT dyeing process, can effectively control the acidity pH value, can get the levelling dyeing of using sensitive or high fastness disperse dyestuff.
It’s recommended for dyeing any fiber where pH 4.5-5.0 is required.
Good compatible with any of auxiliaries, no impact on any kind of dyeing fastness.

Welltex AJ Series
Organic substitute acid
Suitable for textile products adjusting pH to acidity in dyeing, finishing or enzyme washing process.
Can improve the excite odor, volatility, pH stability, inconvenient use in winter…etc. of disadvantages of glacial acetic acid.
No contain sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid…etc. of strong inorganic acid.

Defoaming agent for high temperature

Non-silicone defoaming agent

Reduction & cleaning agent
Suitable for reduction & cleaning, stripping or machine cleansing process.
Can substitute generally sodium-hydrosulphite and alkali.
Minimal odor, excellent reducing power and stable in temperature, no effect on shade.

Welltex TM Series
Reduction & cleaning agent (replacing sodium hydrosulphite agent)
Suitable for reduction & cleaning, stripping or machine cleansing processes, can substitute generally sodium-hydrosulphite.
Excellent reducing power which have 1.5-2 times than sodium-hydrosulphite.
Reaction to alkali is more slowly than sodium- hydrosulphite, and stable in temperature, no shade effect.
Minimal odor, no dust, no zinc content of heavy metal, minimal C.O.D. value, can reduce the color index of throwing dyeing-water and decrease the burden of waste-water process.

Welltex AM Series
Acidity reduction & cleaning agent
Suitable for reduction & cleaning in acid process, can lower the temperature, not to discharge liquid after dyeing, and soaping and reduction cleaning in the same bath, therefore can save quantity of water and shorten the reduction cleaning process.
No alkali remaining problem, and reduce the brittle effect on T/W blend fiber in acid process.
Can improve the color fastness.

Welltex DN Series
Fixing agent for direct dyestuff
Suitable for dyeing Cotton and Rayon fibers with direct dyestuff in generally exhaustion, padding and after printing of fixing process.
With excellent wet, rubbing, heat and perspiration resistant of fastnesses while after fixing process.
Minimal shade change of dyeing goods.

Welltex RN Series
Fixing agent for reactive dyestuff
Suitable for cellulose fiber with reactive dyestuff in fixing after dyeing process.
With improve the wet fastness result (ex., water resistant, perspiration resistant and rubbing fastnesses).
Good chlorine-resistant and light-resistant fastnesses, no sensitive effect on salt or mirabilite etc. electrolytes.
Non-formaldehyde series of fixing agent, no problem on remaining formalin.

Welltex AN Series
Fixing agent for acid dyestuff
Suitable for Nylon fiber in fixing process of one bath or after dyeing, improve the dyeing fastness.
The surface structure of fabric forms cover with the affinity-base of dyestuff, prevents the dyestuff rising from the surface of fabric, and improves the dyeing fastness.
With special affinity property, can make the retarding and even absorbent to dyestuff, improve the fastness and levelling effect.

Welltex PN Series
Fixing agent for pigment dyeing
Suitable for pigment dyeing or fixing of printing process.
With excellent agglutination, can improve the color fastness.
With self cross-linking property, with excellent washing, rubbing fastnesses on dyeing or printing goods, increase above one grade of fastness than generally agent.

Welltex RO Series
Rubbing fastness accelerator
Suitable for dyeing, printing fabrics, can improve above half grade of dry and wet rubbing fastnesses.
Can be used together with the other finishing agent, if in water-repellent process, it’s suggested that use two stages processes.
Minimal shade change on dyeing goods and stable in wide pH range.

Light fastness improver
Suitable to improve the light-resistant fastness of cellulose and Nylon fibers, can application to exhaustion or padding process.
